Their targets were not vetted by any US Intel Agencies.
They didn't even vet the targets themselves.
The targets were clerics, businessmen and their families.
Most were simply competitors to UAE business & political interests.
These are all admitted by them, on video, to news agencies.
Besides, killing for a foreign nation is not the same as a contractor for the USG.
