Ex-SEALs to rally in D.C. for Pete Hegseth
The event is designed to highlight Hegseth's ties to the Naval Special Warfare community, but not everyone is a fan.

A group of former Navy SEALs are planning a rally in Washington, D.C., for Pete Hegseth, Trump’s pick for Defense Secretary, in an unusual show of support from the Naval Special Warfare community for a cabinet nominee.
The march is being organized by retired SEAL William Brown Jr., an attorney and partner in the firm headed by Hegseth’s attorney, Tim Parlatore. Brown also serves as event director for the Navy SEAL Foundation’s annual New York City Swim across the Hudson River, which Hegseth featured for several years on Fox News.
Hegseth also used his co-host job on Fox & Friends to push Trump to intervene in the war crimes prosecution of SEAL chief Eddie Gallagher, another Parlatore client. After Gallagher was acquitted of all serious charges, Trump intervened to allow him to keep his rank and SEAL Trident.
